Therefore, the training team is fully integrated to the “Services” department which integrates Projects and Support teams . Thus, our teams deploy the tools, train the users and provide tailor-made support throughout the life cycle of our solutions for our customers.
This approach provides a 360° view of the client’s reality and business context. It also makes it possible to ensure continuity of quality of service thanks to standardized processes.

Practical and operational training on the schedule and time management tool
Our practical trainings offer an educational process leading the trainee to review his own actions under the iterative questioning of a consultant trainer. This method is particularly suitable for professionals because it allows them to handle the tool and jointly consult on future areas for improvement with the trainer.
Our training sessions are run face-to-face or remotely during a dedicated course according to the customer’s WFM project, Most of our trainers come from our clients’ lines of business or graduated in Human Resources. We find it more eficient to form trainees in pairs, but it is possible to address larger groups depending on the training program.
We offer a training catalog of initial, complementary and additional training as part of the first implementation of our tools at our customers. Then, we offer a wider à la carte or themed services according to the identified needs of our users. Your Holy-Dis contact can direct you to suitable programs and adjust according to your needs.
